MSAD 52 Substitute Training


Learn about MSAD 52 school expectations, teacher’s lesson plans and assertive discipline.  This course is one step in the substitute teacher application process for the District. Tiny House Design

Calendar Jul 31, 2018 at 6 pm, runs for 1 week

In this class, we will learn the fundamentals involved in the tiny house construction process. This is a lecture-based class that gives students an overview of tiny house construction and the various techniques and options including: trailer considerations, sub-floors, wall construction, insulation, heating, plumbing, black and grey water discharge, roofing, finish options, etc. There will also be discussion regarding the new codes for tiny houses recently added to the Maine State Building Codes and the challenges that may be encountered in regard to zoning and use issues.

This class is ideal for the person who is contemplating building a tiny house with the goal being to have students walk away with the knowledge to make an informed decision.

Youth Field Hockey Camp

This camp strives to develop in each camper the qualities needed to become an all-around, excellent player with solid offensive and defensive skills. The teaching sessions are structured to allow players ages 6-12 to progress at their own pace. Please bring turf shoes or cleats, shin guards, mouthguards, and sticks. 6th-8th graders will also need goggles.
