Introduction to Tai Chi

Use movement, self-massage, meditation and breath work to turn on your body’s ability for healing, endurance and longevity. Learn a simple medical qigong routine which will be used as a warm up and then a modified tai chi form that is easy to practice. Can be performed sitting, standing and walking. We will experiment with different styles so you can develop your own practice. You will have the option of purchasing a DVD for $10 to continue your practice at home.
Class will be held Tuesday, 9/19 AND 10/3. NO CLASS ON 9/26.
