All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a flowing yoga class that incorporates elements of Tai Chi, Meditation, Hatha Yoga and Shiva Rea's Vinyasa Yoga. Experience yoga through breath work and flowing postures with attention to structural alignment. Modifications available for those with hip, knee, and back issues. Heidi has been teaching yoga for 15 years. 

Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing.  Avoid eating 1 hour prior to class.

American Red Cross Babysitter's Training w/Child & Infant CPR and First Aid

American Red Cross babysitting training and Advanced Child Care courses can help you gain the skills you need to take care of the kids in your neighborhood when their parents can't be with them. Created for both young babysitters and seasoned child care professionals, our best-in-class training gives you the opportunity to sharpen your skills and become a safe, reliable babysitter. During your training, you will earn your First Aid and CPR/AED certifications (good for two years), which can help you learn how to provide care during an emergency.

Complete in 4 weeks!

Register ONLINE at!  (Please do not use the mail in registration button, registration is online only through A-LDRE.)   Student’s must be 15 years old and bring birth certificate to the first day of class.

Classes held at Leavitt Area High School from 2:15pm-4:45pm

Fee:  $445

Session 1:  9/18, 20, 21, 25, 27, 29; 10/2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12

Session 2:  10/16, 18, 19, 23, 25, 26, 30; 11/1, 2, 6, 7, 8

Session 3:  11/13, 15, 16, 27, 29, 30; 12/4, 6, 7, 11, 13, 14

Birch Bark Ornaments

Calendar Nov 4, 2017 at 1 pm, runs for 1 week

Create up to four holiday ornaments using birch bark. Bring in dried flowers or other materials to embellish your creations. Please bring a pair of scissors.

Material fee of $5 paid to instructor at class.

Carving a Wooden Santa Ornament

Learn the basics of wood carving while having fun creating a whimsical Christmas ornament in three sessions.  If we complete the carving in the first 2 sessions, we will paint them at the last session.

Material fee of $5 paid to instructor at first class.


A pencil, white eraser, "knit KEVLAR glove" is highly recommended, carving knife, PLEASE NOTE - instructor will have some for use in class or will have them for purchase, $16.


Clean Up Your Credit

Gain a better understanding of credit.  Take part in discussions on the basics of credit reports and credit scores, strategies for reducing debt and resources you many not be aware of.  With a little focus  and effort you can improve your credit, earn better interest rates and achieve your financial goals.    

There is no charge for this workshop, but pre-registration is required.
