All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a flowing yoga class that incorporates elements of Tai Chi, Meditation, Hatha Yoga and Shiva Rea's Vinyasa Yoga. Students will experience yoga through breath work and flowing postures with attention to structural alignment. Modifications available for those with hip, knee, and back issues.
Heidi has been teaching yoga for over 16 years and is co-owner of Chill Yoga. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid eating 1 hour prior to class.

Keep the traditions going and learn to make your very own holiday wreath! All materials are supplied from the wire frame, balsam green boughs to decorations and ribbon. Please bring your own wire cutters. A wonderful hand-made present!
Create Your Own Pottery - Session 2

An exiting, fun and relaxing class that is all about clay, wheel-throwing techniques, hand building and the process of glazing and firing. Expect to make small bowls and cups and serving dishes. Throwing takes dedication and practice, but is a very satisfying hobby when you learn the basics. Each student receives a 25 lb bag of clay to use for the session. (Additional bags of clay can be purchased from the instructor if needed for $20 per 25 lb bag.) Tools and a selection of glazes will be provided for use during the session.
Please bring a towel/rag to use for wiping hands.
