Students are led through a variety of topics, including learning styles, critical thinking, study skills, time management, college applications, the ins-and-outs of financial iad & more.

Keep the traditions going and learn to make your very own holiday wreath! All materials are supplied from the wire frame, balsam green boughs to decorations and ribbon. Please bring your own wire cutters. A wonderful hand-made present!
Create Your Own Pottery - Session 2

DATE CHANGE!! This class will new begin on Thursday, 11/15 and end on 12/20.
An exiting, fun and relaxing class that is all about clay, wheel-throwing techniques, hand building and the process of glazing and firing. Expect to make small bowls and cups and serving dishes. Throwing takes dedication and practice, but is a very satisfying hobby when you learn the basics. Each student receives a 25 lb bag of clay to use for the session. (Additional bags of clay can be purchased from the instructor if needed for $20 per 25 lb bag.) Tools and a selection of glazes will be provided for use during the session.
Please bring a towel/rag to use for wiping hands.

Elementary Nordic Ski Program
NEW - OPEN for anyone GRADES 4-6th!
Introduce your elementary student (grades 4-6) to Nordic skiing. Leavitt Area High School Coach Williamson and Tripp Middle School Coach Webber will be organizing this fun activity with help from the Leavitt Area High School Nordic Ski team members. It's a great way to make winter speed by - Parents are welcome!
Ski equipment rentals will be available, thanks to the Outdoor Sports Institute, at a cost of $60 for the season and includes boots, poles and skis. You must sign up for rental equipment by November 30th.
Weekly sessions will be held from 2-4 p.m. at Leavitt Area High School on the following Sundays - 2/3, 2/10, 2/24, 3/3 and 3/10/19.

English Language Learners (formerly ESOL - English for Speakers of Other Languages) day and evening classes are available at varying ability levels from beginning to advanced.
