Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises. Actively taking your body through movement patterns using macro and micro joint movers improves range of motion and flexibility, allowing your body to Release, Restore and Renew.

Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, yoga socks, or barefeet.

Class can be done in person or virtually with a Zoom account (camera must be left on and participant visible).

TUESDAYS • 6:30-7:30pm $37 per session OR $10 drop-in rate!
