A total workout, combining all elements of wellness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and some serious fun!
There are 2 Sessions to choose from or you can drop in for only $10!

SESSION 2: APR 8-MAY 20 5-8pm/$40 for 6wk session/$10 drop-in
