Do you want to get some swings in and work on your skills? Whether you’re new to the game or an experienced player looking to refine your abilities, these softball fundamental drills will improve your performance on the field.

SATURDAYS: JAN 11-FEB 15th 2-4pm/$40 6wk session

OR $10 drop in

Kids ages 6-9 are invited to join Gail Bussiere after school @ TPS to learn and practice a variety of yoga poses. Yoga helps to improve flexibility, balance, strength & coordination while having fun. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and movement. Please bring the following: yoga mat, water bottle, light snack. 

CLass located @ TURNER PRIMARY SCHOOL/Yoga is offered in 2 sessions: Winter & Spring!

WINTER: Thurs JAN 16 - FEB 6

SPRING: Thurs FEB 27 - MAR 27 (no class on MAR 13th)

3:05-4:30pm/FEE: $60 per session

Do you have a child interested in Nordic skiing?

Join the Leavitt Nordic community for some outdoor ski fun! Designed for all elementary ages and ski levels! Parents are welcome! 

Get ready for Nordic skills, ski games, and lots of ski fun.  Some ski equipment can be provided.  To be held in person at the Maine Outdoor Wellness Center in Turner.

Sundays, Jan. 26, Feb. 2, Feb. 9, Feb 23, March 2, March 9th.  1-3pm at the Maine Outdoor Wellness Center in Turner

Amy will provide the opportunity for major creative exploration every Tuesday once a month!

For ages 6 years and up!

Learn to play the ukulele! It has never been more popular and you don't even have to know how to read music! On the uke you can knock out folk music, rock, blues, jazz, pop, country, tunes old and new!

Duncan Perry, who has taught more than 700 students of all ages, will introduce you to essential chords and playing techniques using commonly known songs. Oh, and there are lots of laughs along the way. And, learning to play an instrument is good for your brain! You will need a playable ukulele and an electronic tuner or a tuner app. And when folks hear you play this happy instrument, well, they just have to smile!

Class is offered 4 times ONLINE on WEDNESDAYS! Once you register, a zoom link will be emailed.
