Hunter Safety Field Day

Hunter Safety Field Day is back!
This class is part of the Maine Department of Fish & Wildlife Certified Hunter Safety Program. Students need to complete an online portion prior to attending the in-person field day which involves discussions, demonstrations and shared field experiences.
This class is for anyone applying for a hunting license for the first time or as a refresher course. Students need to complete the online course at https://www.hunter-ed.com/maine/ (Fee: $24.95) (Separate Transaction)

Make & Take Wire Wrapped Rings JAN 14

Enjoy a fun evening creating 2 wire-wrapped rings with Elise Marie DeSigns! Learn how to use bead wrap wire and select beads, how to find your ring size, and use a ring mandrel!
You don't need to bring anything as Elise will bring the materials and guide you through the process step-by-step. We hope to see you there! Elise has a degree in Textiles, Merchandise & Design from the University of Rhode Island. She has always loved the "design your own jewelry" approach and tries to preserve that experience. Elise has a custom-built studio space that allows her to have a workshop set up where she can fulfill wholesale orders while also creating a beautiful environment for shopping experiences.

Taking in the Good-A full training in Positive Neuroplasticity

Beat the brain's negativity bias and fill yourself with calm strength, confidence and joy.
We meet online twice a week, Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings at 6:00pm for a training that includes a PNT handbook, filled with exercises for positive brain change. Each session lasts about 1.5 hours that completes a full 12 + hour training, including time spent at home journaling or using the practice meditations.
Past students report that they received a firm grasp on the material presented here and were able to apply it to their lives with positive results!
Recommended for teachers and students who are lifelong learners or anyone who is looking for transformative change. Led by a Certified PNT Teacher.

Kids After School Yoga WINTER
with Gail Bussiere
Kids ages 6-9 are invited to join Gail Bussiere after school @ TPS to learn and practice a variety of yoga poses. Yoga helps to improve flexibility, balance, strength & coordination while having fun. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and movement. Please bring the following: yoga mat, water bottle, light snack.
