Our Classes

ATV & SNOWMOBILE SAFETY

In this course you will learn how to properly operate and maintain an ATV & Snowmobile. During the course we will review laws, responsibilities and personal safety.

You must attend the full program and pass a final exam to receive your certificate.

 

Topics Covered:

• Preparing to ride your ATV/Snowmobile

• Basic Riding Skills

• Emergencies & Survival

• Map & Compass

• Self Help/First Aid

• Environmental concerns

We will also cover Landowner Relations and Ethics to ensure that all new riders understand and respect the importance of our land owners, clubs, and folks that maintain trails.

This is a classroom style course and does not provide a riding component as part of training.

 

A final exam will be administered consisting of information covered in the course.

Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Hornet Girls Youth Basketball Camp

Want to improve your basketball skills this summer? It doesn’t matter if you are trying basketball for the first time or if you play for a travel team.

This is a 4-day camp where all levels can have fun developing their skills while learning the game of basketball!

This camp is for grades 8 and under.

Players need to bring basketball shoes.

Hornet Pride Football Camp

Players will learn the fundamentals of the game from Leavitt's coaching staff and players. Players will wear helmet & shoulder pads the first two days and full gear the final two days. TAA will hand out equipment and mouthpieces prior to the camp.

This camp is for players entering grades 3-6th.

NASA Camp with MAD SCIENCE

Calendar Aug 4, 2025 at 9 am, runs for 1 week

Take a voyage of discovery into the atmosphere and beyond as we explore planets, moons, and other space phenomena. Create a comet and build your own Mad Science rocket and participate in a real NASA style rocket launch!

Campers will take home additional NASA activities to complete at home! Mad Science is the ONLY organization licensed by NASA to use these activities for Summer Camps!

AUGUST 4-AUGUST 8 9am-3pm $425

Payment plan available: $50 deposit plus 5 payments of $75.00, paid weekly.

Pet Photography

Intro to Beekeeping

Bees are an important pollinator for flowers, fruits and vegetables, as well as producers of honey. If you have considered keeping bees, but need advice from an experienced beekeeper, this is the workshop for you! Al will come with a teaching hive for demonstrations and encourages you to visit Happy Hive Farm’s Facebook page prior to this workshop and come with questions to ask!
