MSAD 52 Substitute Training - Now Available On Request!

Learn about school expectations, lesson plans and assertive discipline. Individuals will come to the office to watch a training video, receive resources, ask questions and begin/complete the onboarding process.
Once the online registration process is finished, our Human Resources Specialist, Amy Pelletier will reach out to you to make an appointment. Valid CHRC is required, help with this process is available. A high school diploma is required/college degree preferred.

Gentle Fitness for Health MONDAYS

This class offers seated strength and flexibility exercises to improve mobility and fall prevention. All exercises will support people with arthritis, osteoporosis and other health concerns.

Tai Yoga Online PART ONE

Fall Running Club
with Paige Knowlton
The goal of this active club is to build endurance and confidence by staying active! Each session will start with warm ups, stretching and then 40 minutes of running & walking. At the end of each session, we will play an active game on the TES basketball court and parent pickup will be at 4:15pm at TES. This club is for grades 3-6th! Parents and families will be invited to participate in a 5K Fun Run in November!
Zumba® Fitness

An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You’ll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it! Join us for the full 8-week session or feel free to drop in to any class during that session.

CIRCL Mobility™
with Bonnie Honaker
Flexibility and mobility exercises to help you release stress, restore/improve your range of motion and renew your ability to move better! The exercises will be both standing and on the floor using our body’s own weight as resistance to strengthen and improve flexibility. A low impact class and the only equipment you need is an exercise mat (I will have extras).
Please bring water, a towel and wear clothing that allows you to move freely.

Chair Yoga ONLINE FALL

This morning class practice offers mind and body benefits without having to get up and off the floor or even changing into Yoga clothes. Enjoy a “pick me up” at home or at your office by using structural techniques to improve your range of motion, relax tight or overused muscles and release tension!

Softball Skills Off-Season

Ages: 10 - 14
Want to continue practicing softball in the off-season? Come to these Saturday workshops and continue to work on the skills to make you a better player! Players ages 10-14 will work on catching, hitting, throwing and infield and outfield drills. We will also designate time for any specific skills that you want to work on.
