All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a flowing yoga class that incorporates elements of Tai Chi, Meditation, Hatha  Yoga and Shiva Rea's Vinyasa Yoga.  Students will experience yoga through breath work and flowing postures with attention to structural alignment.  Modifications available for those with hip, knee, and back issues.  Heidi has been teaching yoga for over 16 years and is co-owner of Chill Yoga.  Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing.  Avoid eating 1 hour prior to class.

No Class on 11/8 (Parent/Teacher Conferences) OR 11/22 (Thanksgiving)
