Make & Take Succulent Garden

Bring your favorite planter or use one of the provided planters and we will make a beautiful succulent garden for you to take home.
A material fee of $10 is also included/paid to instructor.

Worm Composting for Beginners
with Jock Robie
Come and learn how to construct and maintain a worm bin to compost kitchen vegetable waste. Join Jock Robie as he discusses the harvesting of worm castings and vermin-compost for gardening, houseplants and worm tea. Each student will set up their own bin with worms to take home. Jock has operated his worm farm for 12 years. This workshop is extremely popular! Register early to hold your spot! All supplies are provided!

Behavioral Health Professional Training BHP JAN 17 IN PERSON

Our community is looking for individuals who want to make a difference in a child’s life.
A Certified Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) makes an impact on a child while helping them learn to grow and develop. This BLENDED training program (online modules and a live, instructor-led, virtual session) will equip you with ways to help children who are in need of services and will also prepare you for employment through local social services agencies.
Work at your own pace completing 12 online modules prior to attending the live sessions, including the new ethics and boundaries training. Once the modules and live sessions are completed, you will receive links to bloodborne pathogen training and Child and Adult First Aid & CPR training. The entire program requirements will take about 45 hours to complete. Individuals must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent to register.
MSAD 52 & Woodfords are partnering to offer this course.

Digital Photography Intermediate FEB MARCH

In this class we will explore the use of intermediate camera controls such as metering (spot, matrix and center weight), exposure, exposure compensation, ISO, aperture and shutter priority.
We will take an in-depth look at manual focus, fill flash and flash modes, as well as controlling motion, composition and many other advanced techniques.
This ONLINE course is for anyone interested in a more intermediate photography class!
