CIRCL Mobility™
with Bonnie Honaker
Flexibility and mobility exercises to help you release stress, restore/improve your range of motion and renew your ability to move better! The exercises will be both standing and on the floor using our body’s own weight as resistance to strengthen and improve flexibility. A low impact class and the only equipment you need is an exercise mat (I will have extras).
Please bring water, a towel and wear clothing that allows you to move freely.

LOOKING FOR MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education Enrichment Instructors!
Seeking adults to teach Adult Enrichment Classes who have talent, skills, experience and passion to share with our community. Adult Enrichment offers a wide variety of activities for participants to select and engage in. These activities focus on providing enrichment through education involving lecture/discussion, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to meet like-minded people who share common interests.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Each Adult Education Enrichment class is personally designed by the instructor. Topics and goals for the class along with materials are also provided by the instructor. We do have a TV for sharing your presentations and or course content sharing.
2. Collaborate and communicate with the Adult Enrichment Coordinator on any specific technology or classroom needs for the class. This should be confirmed by the time the class is officially launched.
3. Provide instruction using knowledge of the various learning styles and needs of participants. Our classes are typically designed for beginners with a flexibility to accommodate those with some experience or knowledge.
4. Prepare materials for class activities.
5. Collaborate and distribute class evaluations to participants and work with the Adult Enrichment Coordinator regarding opportunities to improve content and ensure positive outcomes.
6. Monitor engagement of participants and ensure a safe and positive environment for learning.
7. You are provided a roster for attendance provided by MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education.
Share knowledge and experience with others in a clear way that is positive, comprehendible, and has the capacity to inspire continued learning on the topic.
Pass a background check
Arrive early for setup and be dependable to deliver class content as agreed upon.
Communicate with participants and the community in a positive and responsive way that is consistently welcoming and enhances positive outcomes. If any negative situation occurs prior to class, please bring that issue to the Community Education staff rather than share in class with the public.
Demonstrate an appreciation of diversity in all interactions and job functions.
Display good verbal, digital and written communication skills.
Communicate in a timely manner with the Adult Enrichment Coordinator if questions or requests for information arise.

Chair Yoga ONLINE FALL

This morning class practice offers mind and body benefits without having to get up and off the floor or even changing into Yoga clothes. Enjoy a “pick me up” at home or at your office by using structural techniques to improve your range of motion, relax tight or overused muscles and release tension!

Gentle Yoga with Meditation FALL

A 6-week online yoga & meditation class that will create a foundation for well-being in your life. Each session offers classical Hatha yoga with mantra, sound therapy and meditation for positive brain change! Based upon the modern neuroscience of positive neuroplasticity. Led by a classically trained mantra teacher, positive neuroplasticity certified meditation trainer and licensed massage therapist.

MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education offers a fully accredited high school diploma after the acquisition of 20 credit hours.
This diploma is recognized by all branches of the military as well as all colleges and certificate programs.
We accept transfer credits from all accredited high schools.
YOU MUST BE (atleast 16) to take courses towards your diploma.

MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education will prepare you for and help you to successfully complete your Equivalency Diploma!
In Maine this is accomplished by taking and passing the HiSET® exam! To guide students in this process we offer pre-tests, HiSET® University (to help you build your skills) & FREE HiSET®Testing! Let us help you with #YOURNEXTSTEP!
YOU MUST BE (atleast 16) to take courses to prepare for the HiSET® AND 17 to actually take the test!

Softball Skills Off-Season

Ages: 10 - 14
Want to continue practicing softball in the off-season? Come to these Saturday workshops and continue to work on the skills to make you a better player! Players ages 10-14 will work on catching, hitting, throwing and infield and outfield drills. We will also designate time for any specific skills that you want to work on.
